Work one-on-one with Suze Soeller, a registered nurse and certified fitness trainer. She will help you create and achieve a fitness program designed for your individual needs and goals
Specialized in training men and women of all ages. The goal is to help you achieve your optimal fitness level.
Each client’s tailored one-on-one program is designed to meet their specific needs and goals.
Currently a licensed as a NYS Registered Nurse with 40 years of experience being a Certified Health Professional CPR/AED/First Aid by American Red Cross.
Also a former Firefighter and Paramedic in her hometown of Albany, New York area where she grew up.
She will customize a workout based on your goals from simply increasing the ease of sitting down and standing up ability to training for a marathon considering your physical limitations.
An exercise plan will be designed specifically for YOU.
